A May Time Craw Fish Boil

This past May I was invited to my friend Stephens fathers birthday craw fish boil. Now there isn't much that gets me more excited than a back yard craw fish boil, just the atmosphere alone is worth it. Everyone cooking, mixing drinks, baking pies, frying every kind of fish and of course boiling the craw fish, corn and potatoes. But to top of all of that Stephen and his family are quite the chefs, when I am invited to one of their meals I try to never  miss it. Coming from a long line of cooking enthusiast Stephen and his father cook their meals from scrach and with attention to every detail. Watching them cook is like watching a painter paint, they do what they love, making sure every meal is memorable.
